The process begins on the conveyor line, where bags or products are automatically filled and stitched. A unique QR code is generated for each item, printed using handheld devices, and attached to the product. The system then performs a label placement verification to ensure accuracy. If any label is incorrectly placed or unreadable, the product is automatically routed to a correction station.

Once labels are verified, items move to the palletizing area, where the system generates a unique QR code for each pallet and assigns products to the correct pallet. After palletizing, the goods go through compressing and packing to optimize space and ensure safe handling.

Next, the system intelligently allocates storage locations using sensor-based identification. It updates real-time storage vacancy data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring accurate inventory visibility. As pallets are placed into racks, the system verifies the rack location and pallet’s assigned location, ensuring that stock-in operations follow the correct storage plan. Any mismatch triggers an automatic alert, preventing misplacement and inventory loss.

When it’s time for dispatch, warehouse staff simply scan and verify the dispatch QR code. The system cross-checks product details, pallet identity, and order accuracy before allowing dispatch. Once verified, the system processes the order for shipping—ensuring smooth, error-free, and fast outbound operations.
